A. PLANT DETAILS

1. This is a 10,000 lbs. batch plant; fully automated with inter-lock controls. This plant is approved for CalTrans and San Bernardino County projects.

2. Reserve storage is approximately 80 tons divided among four (4) separate bunkers.

3. Overhead storage is in four (4) bins; totaling fourteen (14) tons. Material is rescreened on a 5’ x 16’ triple deck screen.

4. Asphalt cements stored in 2 above ground tanks with a total capacity of 80 tons of asphalt cement.

5. Aggregate and asphalt cement scales are inter-locked with an over/under system.

6. The plant is adaptable to specialized asphaltic concrete products.

7. Production capability is 350 tph.

8. This plant is capable of storing Cold mix upon request.
